Pastor Phil began serving at Crossroads in September of 2025. He is excited to serve as the 2nd Senior Pastor at Crossroads and to help lead the church forward into new opportunities to exalt Jesus Christ and to make Him known! Pastor Phil became a follower of the Lord Jesus Christ in the summer of 1989 at a young age. Since then, He has been walking the journey with Jesus. Pastor Phil accepted a call to vocational ministry for his life in 1999, and has served in ministry now for over 25+ years in a variety of roles, including leading multiple churches through seasons of transitional ministry. These previous experiences have strategically equipped Pastor Phil for this next chapter at Crossroads.
Pastor Phil and his wife, Andrea have been married since 2003. Together they have 4 sons: 2 young adults, CJ and Luke, as well as 2 younger sons, Zeke and Thomas.
Pastor Phil's hobbies include watching too much football, and traveling the United States with his family.
Heidi Orahood Worship Leader
Heidi Orahood is Crossroads' Worship Leader. Heidi is a born-again, Spirit filled, experienced, Worship Leader who has led Worship in a number of genres.
Heidi directs the activities of the Worship Team as well as the Technology team. She brings many years of worship music experience in guiding authentic worship in various churches in central Ohio.
Heidi's experience, combined with a conviction that worship is a Biblical and heartfelt foundation, is one more way God has blessed us by providing congregational worship as a joyful expression of our love of Him and all He does for us. She and her husband Herb have three daughters, and all are involved in church.
